Year 6 had an amazing time at Castlederg High School watching the Wizard of Oz.  It was brilliant seeing our past pupils on the stage!

Ulster Orchestra

We had a great time listening and learning about the different instrument families from Nigel who is part of the Ulster Orchestra.

Year 6 Verse Speaking

Congratulations to everyone in Year 6 for saying their verse speaking poem to Rois!  She was impressed with everyone and had a very difficult job selecting medal winners.  I am very proud of everyone!

We enjoyed working with our friends to illustrate our  verse speaking poem!

Chinese New Year

We enjoyed the workshop by The Culture Quarter.  We found out about the Chinese New Year and some traditions as well as trying chop sticks and speaking some words in Mandarin.

Creativity Week

World Book Day 2024

We had a great time on World Book Day.  We started off exercising with core kids, learned a traditional Chinese tale, worked with an illustrator and read to Year 1.

Year 6 were very brave trying Miss Roke's Chinese cooking!

Easter Bunny

Well done to the Year 7 Wise Owls.  We had a great time on our Easter egg hunt and with the Easter bunny!

Love for Life

Year 6 had a fun time learning about making choices.

Rainforest Models

We worked in teams to make our rainforest models.  It was great fun! 

Our CRED Day with St Patricks

We had a great time working with the pupils from St Patricks.  We did minecraft and micro:bit activities!

Rathlin Island Trip

We had a great time on Rathlin Island. A big thank you to Lowry Construction and Heather for organising!  It was a lovely treat!
