Meet Year 3

During the school year we will be exploring and learning through a range of different topics:

We had fun today on our bug hunt.

Thank you to the Eco Council for telling us lots of information about Earth Day.

Mr Mitchell and Mr Lowry came into our class to talk about the work they do. We asked them lots of questions. We enjoyed their time with us. Thank you.

Thank you to Eli for bring in some tadpoles.

The Easter Bunny came to visit.

We found the hidden eggs and got chocolate coins!!

ROAD SAFETY WALK

We put on our high-vis vests and went for a walk. We had to STOP, LOOK, LISTEN and THINK. Some of the roads were very busy with lots of different vehicles.

We designed and made gardens for our 3D houses.

WORLD BOOK DAY

We all enjoyed dressing up as our favourite book characters.

The pupils in Year 5 kindly came to visit us and read to us. We enjoyed listening to their stories.

CREATIVITY WEEK

MONDAY -- Thank you to Rois who came into year 3 today. We had lots of fun playing different games.

TUESDAY -- Thank you to Joanne who showed us how to HIP HOP. We all enjoyed the super dance moves!

WEDNESDAY -  It was a busy day with Highland dancing, drumming and a piper. 

FRIDAY - Look at the AMAZING art work we produced in Year 3. WOW!!

FRIDAY -- Ronan came today and we played the African Drums.

Claudia Buckley came to sing for us today. 

Thank you to the technology council who gave us a talk about being safe on the internet.

Everyone took their turn to stand up and say their poem for Rois. We all did a super job.
